About The Position

Create, maintain, and support ERP/WMS software in Microsoft Business Central/Dynamics NAV, with a primary focus on warehousing processes and development using C/AL, AL, C#, and web technologies. The developer works as part of a team and independently as needed, and is expected to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The role plans and implements integration processes with other applications, helps improve business processes, and documents software modifications and financial accounting processes. It also performs business requirements analysis, process analysis, and solution design. Working with department heads and executives, the developer plans and delivers ongoing BC/NAV enhancements to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Associate degree in programming or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years of Microsoft Dynamics experience.
• Five or more years of NAV development experience, specifically using NAV C/SIDE C/AL.
• Five or more years of BC/NAV functional experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV versions 5.00 through 2018 and D365.
• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio Code AL.
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience with Docker and GitHub.
• Prior experience installing and configuring NAV Client/Server in two- and three-tier environments.
• Good working knowledge of US GAAP accounting standards.
• Prior experience developing functional and technical specifications for Dynamics BC/NAV modifications, enhancements, and integrations.
• Prior experience with NAV Web Services, Job Queue, Web Client, and Tablet client features.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple demands.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
