About The Position

Cigna-Evernorth Services Inc. seeks a Software Engineering Senior Advisor for the Morris Plains, NJ location to support over 30 applications, focusing on Consumer Driven Healthcare (CDH) and Mainframe Services (MFS). This role involves identifying and resolving problems in online applications, working on high-critical incident tickets, providing support for MML calls, and analyzing production tickets for maintenance, enhancements, and bug fixes. The advisor will also provide code analysis, business-friendly explanations, and resolve production critical incidents using a deep understanding of application architecture, along with functional and technical knowledge of the applications. The position offers a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

Identify and resolve problems faced in various online applications that serve Cigna’s online and web based platforms.
Work on multiple high critical incident tickets to resolve issues.
Provide support to all MML calls and resolve MML tickets.
Work on critical CDH and MFS issues to open a MML line to triage and solve issues.
Analyze production tickets and support application maintenance, enhancements, and bug fixes.
Provide code analysis, business friendly explanations for requests and incidents, and resolve production critical incidents using a deep understanding of application architecture.
Provide functional and technical knowledge of the applications.
