Software Engineering Senior Advisor
About The Position
This role requires strong proficiency in backend development with object-oriented or modern languages, with a strong preference for Golang. The ideal candidate will have experience building modern frontend applications using frameworks like Angular or React. A proven track record in designing systems for scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance is essential. The position also demands strong experience with complex data models and large datasets, with NoSQL experience (e.g., MongoDB) being preferred. A solid understanding of cloud-native architecture and distributed system design patterns, along with hands-on experience with AWS or comparable cloud platforms, is required. Proficiency with modern development tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems is also necessary. The role calls for strong problem-solving and analytical skills, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and excellent communication abilities. Experience leading technical initiatives or projects, self-motivation, and the ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision are key. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments, adaptability to changing priorities, and experience in healthcare or pharmacy systems are beneficial.
