About The Position

As a Software Engineering Manager here at Honeywell, you will lead and manage multiple software engineering teams to deliver innovative aerospace software solutions. You will provide strategic and technical leadership to ensure successful project execution, drive adoption of new technologies, and continuously improve software development processes. You will report directly to our Director of Engineering, and you’ll work out of our Clearwater, FL location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the advancement of aerospace software products that enhance operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability across the aviation industry, supporting airlines, MROs, and OEMs with cutting-edge digital solutions.
