You will serve as both the primary technical backstop and the primary advocate for your team, directly deploying cutting-edge agentic frameworks, multi-agent orchestration, and modern AI tooling to solve complex enterprise problems.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience using and managing an AI Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) process, including directing agentic AI tools across planning and delivery.
  • Proven track record of people management and technical leadership within fast-paced agile environments.
  • Strong proficiency in object-oriented design and programming, with deep expertise in .NET/C# alongside modern front-end frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.
  • Deep hands-on experience with relational databases, SQL, API development, ETL processes, and enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
  • Applied commitment to ethical AI principles, including data privacy, explainability, transparency, and bias mitigation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience architecting complex enterprise solutions and implementing agentic RAG or context engineering patterns.
  • Proven capability navigating legacy systems and modernizing them using scalable multi-agent workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the pod's use of AI coding agents, orchestrating workflows, reviewing output, and establishing architectural guardrails to ensure sustainable code quality.
  • Transform high-potential agentic prototypes into production-ready software with robust error handling, security compliance, test coverage, and observability.
  • Lead, mentor, and advocate for a talented pod of engineers, owning hiring, onboarding, career development, and performance coaching.
  • Build and maintain shared repositories, CI/CD pipelines, evaluation datasets, and data access standards that accelerate delivery without sacrificing stability.
  • Align engineering throughput with product strategy, risk management, and organizational standards while advocating for your pod across cross-functional groups.
