About The Position

We are looking for a strong leader with a proven ability to build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams to join our team as a Manager of Software Engineering. This role plays a key part in leading our software engineering and quality assurance teams to design, build, test, and support the scalable, secure software solutions that power our business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8–10+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • 3–5+ years of software engineering leadership or people management experience
  • Experience leading a software engineering team and managing delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Experience coaching engineers, building high-performing teams, and managing performance and career development
  • Strong technical background with experience contributing to solution design, architecture, and technical decision-making
  • Experience with cloud-native architectures, modern software development practices, and enterprise software platforms

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with AI/ML platforms, AI-enabled software development tools, and responsible AI development practices
  • Experience collaborating effectively across products, architecture, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, data, and business stakeholders
  • A track record of driving engineering culture and continuous improvement through data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership for software solutions, partnering with architecture and product teams to ensure designs are scalable, secure, and reliable
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of software engineers and QA professionals to build a high-performing, accountable engineering organization
  • Plan and manage engineering delivery to achieve predictable, high-quality outcomes while proactively addressing risks, dependencies, and capacity constraints
  • Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, including automation and AI-assisted development tools, and personally use AI in your day-to-day work
  • Implement and reinforce engineering standards for code quality, testing, security, and reliability
  • Collaborate across product management, architecture, DevOps, and business stakeholders to align technical execution with business priorities
