Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development.
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects.
2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree or PhD in a related field.
1 year of experience with Unix/Linux or operating systems environments, distributed systems, machine learning, information retrieval and TCP/IP.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical strategy and execution for developing innovative vertical solutions leveraging Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agent-based systems.
Architect and design robust, scalable, and secure AI-driven applications for enterprise use cases.
Collaborate closely with product managers, researchers, and other stakeholders to define product roadmaps and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Manage and mentor a team of approximately 5-10 software engineers, fostering their growth and development.
Lead a talented team of engineers in the pioneering development of GenAI-powered enterprise solutions.
