Software Engineering Intern
About The Position
These internships will join Cognex’s Milwaukee engineering teams and contribute to software development, software testing, or DevOps infrastructure projects. Assignments will be based on individual skill sets, areas of interest, and Cognex’s needs. Demonstrated skill and passion for software development may lead to more complex development assignments during the internship. At the end of the summer, Cognex will evaluate whether the student and company are interested in continuing the internship part-time through the next school year or summer. The stated availability ranges from part-time during the school year to full-time in Summer 2027.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or have completed the freshman year of an undergraduate program.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science.

Responsibilities
