About The Position
Fluidstack exists to make humanity more free by delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else, rethinking every layer of the stack. This role involves building the software that automates commissioning, including test orchestration, data capture, and pass-fail analysis for L4 and L5. The successful candidate will ship tooling that turns commissioning scripts into executable, repeatable code across sites, integrate with BMS, EPMS, and test equipment for automated evidence collection, and own the live reporting of commissioning status and results. Fluidstack operates with extreme ownership, velocity, first principles, and a love of the game, requiring individuals who care deeply about the problem space and are willing to put in long hours at high intensity to push the frontier forward.
Requirements
- Built test automation or orchestration systems for hardware, infrastructure, or industrial use.
- Integrated software with control systems or instrumentation.
- Design for auditability: every result traceable to raw data.
- Replaced a manual expert process with software the experts trust.
- Ship fast with production discipline.
Nice To Haves
- Commissioning domain experience.
- BMS protocols knowledge.
- Python, Go, or TypeScript proficiency.
- Data center MEP familiarity.
