About The Position

This co-op role is for a Software Engineering Co-Op position, running from January to August 2027. The co-op participant will collaborate with software architects and engineers on various development tasks, including software utilities, proof-of-concept applications, automated testing solutions, and product development tools. The role involves working closely with cross-functional engineering teams, applying academic knowledge to real-world projects, and exploring emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence. The goal is to develop practical software engineering skills, support innovative product development, and explore potential career interests within engineering disciplines before graduation.

Requirements

  • Enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) in person in Eden Prairie, MN from January 2027 through August 2027.
  • Interest in software development, product engineering, testing, automation, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of .NET and C#.
  • Exposure to software development practices through coursework, student projects, research, or previous internship experiences.
  • Interest in artificial intelligence, automation, software architecture, or product development.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them to practical engineering challenges.

Responsibilities
