About The Position

Halogen Engineering Group is looking for a Software Engineer with web services experience. This role involves designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing software solutions. The engineer will provide technical leadership on high-impact projects, facilitate alignment on goals and timelines, and analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements. Collaboration with the Chief Engineer for feature specifications and product building is expected, along with conducting design and code reviews. The position requires working on problems of diverse scopes, demonstrating good judgment in selecting methods and techniques, and completing medium to large features independently.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and enhance software solutions

Work closely with the Chief Engineer to design feature specifications and build products

Complete medium to large features (each with many tasks) independently
