Requirements

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related followed by 2 years of Software Engineering experience.
2 years of experience developing software solutions using Python, Java or Ruby
2 years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable systems
2 years of experience translating business requirements into tangible software requirements and system designs
2 years of experience identifying and resolving production issues that span multiple services and stack layers
2 years of experience performing data-driven investigations and analysis to inform decision-making using SQL and visualization software

Responsibilities

Develop and manage platforms and solutions to minimize financial and regulatory risk while maintaining excellent user experience
Transform business challenges into scalable and effective engineering solutions
Partner with diverse stakeholders, including engineering, product, policy, legal, operations, and data science teams
Diagnose and resolve production issues across various services and throughout the tech stack
Enhance engineering standards, improve tooling, and optimize processes
Proactively identify, analyze, and swiftly mitigate emerging risk patterns
