About The Position

Yext is hiring a Software Engineer for Product Engineering to help build and evolve its Knowledge Graph product. The role focuses on core infrastructure, APIs, and workflows that allow brands to model, manage, and connect knowledge across products and experiences. The work includes representing complex real-world entities, processing large volumes of changing data, building reliable distributed systems, and creating interfaces that enable other teams to build on the graph. The engineer will contribute directly to the codebase and participate in the full software development lifecycle in an agile environment with two-week sprints and regular demos. The position is based in Yext’s New York City office and requires in-person attendance at least three days per week. Yext does not prescribe specific in-office days and allows flexibility for personal needs while maintaining work and team collaboration. The position offers an annual base pay range of $111,600–$229,000 USD. Employees are typically eligible for benefits including medical, dental and vision benefits; life insurance; short- and long-term disability; a 401(k) retirement plan; vacation and sick leave. Successful candidates may also be eligible for variable pay programs based on performance relative to goals and targets.
