About The Position

We are representing a fast-growing AI software company building products for customer-facing teams operating in the physical world. The platform applies AI and conversational intelligence to real-world workflows, helping organizations improve performance, better understand customer interactions, and make frontline teams more effective. The company is building technically ambitious products at meaningful scale and has a highly product-oriented engineering culture. Engineers work close to users, move quickly from idea to production, and are expected to take meaningful ownership from an early stage.

Requirements

Approximately 0–3 years of professional software engineering experience, or equivalent evidence of exceptional technical ability.
Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to build production-quality applications.
Experience working across multiple layers of a modern software stack.
A track record of learning quickly and taking ownership beyond narrowly assigned tasks.
Strong product judgment and an interest in understanding the underlying customer problem, not simply implementing specifications.
Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities and requirements may evolve.
High standards for technical quality while remaining pragmatic about shipping and iteration.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to give and receive direct, frequent feedback.
Strong empathy for users who may not come from technical backgrounds.
Entrepreneurial drive and an interest in taking on increasing responsibility as the organization scales.

Nice To Haves

Experience with some of the technologies and patterns used across the engineering environment, including: TypeScript, React and React Native, Node.js, Python, SQL and PostgreSQL, AWS, Modern monorepo and TypeScript tooling, GitHub Actions and automated CI/CD workflows, Infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Modern cloud deployment and infrastructure tooling.

Responsibilities

Build and ship high-quality product features across the full stack.
Take new functionality from concept through implementation, deployment, and iteration.

Work closely with users and customer-facing teams to understand pain points and translate them into effective software.
