About The Position

Databricks is hiring new graduate software engineers to build infrastructure and products for its data and AI platform. Engineers may join teams working on backend, full stack, infrastructure, databases, systems, tools, cloud, or customer-facing products. New hires join a cohort and receive collaborative project and learning opportunities, a dedicated mentor, and team support to help them onboard and contribute to projects. The role is open to graduates in fall 2026 or spring 2027.

Requirements

• Will graduate in fall 2026 or spring 2027 with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
• Implementation skills in a general-purpose programming language such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience managing end-to-end projects.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team to build features and improve architecture for the Databricks platform.
• Develop and extend the Databricks product.
• Own the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and operating software in production.
• Build solutions with a high level of reliability, scalability, and security.
