About The Position

Software Engineer, HPC Network Optimization Make an Impact Where It Matters Most At Intelliforce, we build software that helps high-performance computing environments stay fast, reliable, and mission ready. In this role, you will join a team responsible for configuring, testing, characterizing, and optimizing networking components for HPC systems running in Linux. Your work will help improve platform performance, strengthen automation, and support the infrastructure mission teams rely on every day. What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out This role gives you the chance to work close to the technical core of HPC operations, where software, networking, automation, and performance all meet. You will help improve how complex systems behave under load, support containerized environments, and contribute to the tooling and workflows that keep the platform stable and efficient. It is a strong fit for an engineer who enjoys Linux, Python, system-level troubleshooting, and learning how large compute environments work in the real world. At Intelliforce, your work is visible and your growth matters. Because we support prime programs, our teams stay close to meaningful mission work with real momentum. Because we are a small business, leadership is accessible, communication is direct, and strong engineering gets noticed. Add in long-term stability, strong benefits, and a people-first culture, and this becomes more than another early-career software role. It is a chance to build hands-on experience in an environment where solid technical work makes a real difference.
