Dripos is transforming the coffee shop industry with its all-in-one software solution, eliminating the need for multiple systems. We provide everything a business needs to operate: ordering, scheduling, payroll, accounting, mobile apps, and more. We are rapidly scaling our engineering team and are looking for senior developers to lead the future of coffee shop software with us. We value people who take pride in their work and show an ability to learn quickly, whether they’re familiar with our stack or not. Requirements

1+ years of relevant experience is preferred
Track record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale
Desire to work in a very fast-paced environment
Ability to turn business and product ideas into engineering solutions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excited to join a dynamic, fully in-person team in New York City
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

Own large areas within our product
Build features end-to-end for coffee shops around the US and on your apartment block
Collaborate closely with customers and client-facing teams to transform ideas into an impactful product
Influence the culture, values, and processes of a growing engineering team
