About The Position

This role requires a Software Engineer with an Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance. The position demands significant experience in software development, particularly within programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. A strong educational background in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, with options for substitution based on extensive experience. The role also necessitates a minimum IAM Level I certification and proficiency in various programming languages and technologies, including deployment and operation on Linux environments. A solid understanding of APIs, secure coding practices, and relational databases is crucial. The security clearance requirement is paramount for this position.

Requirements

• Seven (7) years of experience as an SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
• A minimum certification of IAM Level I. (CAP, GSLC, Security +)
• Professional work experience with one or more of the following: PHP, .NET C#, Java, Node.js, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, React
• Experience deploying and operating software on Linux (service configuration, logs, basic networking, automation).
• Solid understanding of APIs, authentication/authorization basics, and secure coding practices.
• Working knowledge of relational databases and performance basics (indexes, query tuning at a practical level).
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required
