In this role, you’ll primarily help manage and enhance our Salesforce environment as part of a small, collaborative team. You’ll work extensively with Apex development while partnering closely with our Installation and Maintenance teams to support successful system rollouts. You’ll also have opportunities to contribute to greenfield projects, including architecting and building Airflow (Python) ETL integrations for specialized backend systems. Experience with GIS is a strong plus. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Development.
  • Strong ability to read, write, and maintain Apex code.
  • 3+ years of experience with SQL / SOQL.
  • Solid understanding of JOINs, relational databases, and FOREIGN KEY usage.
  • Experience working within production codebases.
  • Experience building and troubleshooting integrations with APIs (SOAP / REST).
  • Practical experience moving and validating real-world data with Data / ETL Tools (Airflow / Great Expectations).
  • Comfortable working in technical infrastructure environments with Kubernetes / Virtual Machines / Unix.
  • Familiarity with standard development workflows using Git + Jira.
  • Practical use of modern AI-assisted development tools beyond simple prompt usage (Experience Directing Coding Agents).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with GIS.
  • Industry experience is highly valued.
