As a Software Developer, you will: Complete assigned tasks on time while adhering to established software development practices. Actively participate in team discussions and openly communicating status and effort. Engage in the design, development, and implementation of new and existing programs or solutions. Demonstrate ownership over the quality of assigned tasks, preparing test scripts and conducting tests on both new and existing solutions. Actively engage in team delivery functions such as design reviews, code reviews, and scrum meetings. Build an understanding of relevant business domains. Utilize growing understanding to enhance your work product.

Requirements

Associate Degree in Computer Science or related discipline; or equivalent related work experience.
Demonstrated aptitude in one or more programming languages and software development concepts.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize systems.
Demonstrated understanding of design principles and development best practices.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor Degree preferred.
Proficiency in programming languages and tools relevant to the role preferred.
Experience in Vue.js or other JavaScript frameworks.
Experience with Spring and Java.
Experience with Android or iOS a plus.
