About The Position
As a Software Engineer in the storage and backup domain, you will be responsible for driving feature design and development for Data storage platforms, and protocols. You will work on initiatives that ensure our products and services can effectively communicate and operate with external systems, while maintaining high standards of performance, security, and protocol compliance.
Requirements
- Understanding of C, C++, python; systems programming in C is highly desirable
- Experience with development in LINUX/UNIX environments
- Projects, experiences, or coursework related to areas such as: Operating Systems, Computer Architecture, Multi-Threading, Data Structures & Algorithms
- Ability to work collaboratively with other engineers
- Strong oral & written communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Networking Protocols – TCP / IP, UDP / IP, VLAN etc. is preferable
