About The Position

Glean Technologies, Inc. is hiring Software Engineers to help build a software-based platform that can scale indefinitely, including scalable enterprise search solutions. The role works across distributed systems, data pipelines, APIs, and user interfaces to deliver secure, high-quality products that meet customer needs. Engineers design and maintain full-stack applications, build fault-tolerant systems and data ingestion pipelines, and create interfaces and APIs for enterprise search. They also collaborate with product teams to understand customer requirements and deliver features effectively and with high quality. The position is based in Mountain View, California, with telecommuting available. The standard annual base salary range is $215,000–$278,900. Compensation may vary based on factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience; certain roles may also be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits. Requirements

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, or a closely related field; any suitable combination of education, training, and experience is acceptable.
Experience with Machine Learning/Deep Learning.
Experience with Machine Learning Operations (MLOps).
Experience with Python.
Experience with PyTorch.
Experience with TensorFlow.
Experience with Anomaly Detection.
Experience with Scikit-learn.
Experience with AWS.

Knowledge of performance benchmarking tools and performance tuning on Linux-based systems.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications spanning front-end interfaces, REST APIs, and application servers.
Build large-scale, fault-tolerant distributed systems, preferably using performance benchmarking tools and performance tuning on Linux-based systems.
Perform thorough peer code reviews covering interface design, code quality, and testing strategies.
Understand customer requirements and implement them in the company’s solution.
Work closely with product teams to understand customer requirements and ensure features meet those requirements and are delivered effectively and with high quality.
Implement data ingestion pipelines to retrieve data from enterprise data sources and build a secure search index over that data using C++, Java, Python, or Go.
Design and implement user interfaces that enterprise workers use to search enterprise content, and design APIs for building other search-based applications.
