Requirements

Two+ years of experience at a financial firm building software or AI.
Alternatively, deep experience building at the application layer in AI.
Ability to leverage AI to move quickly.
Ability to own what you build from day one.
Comfortable being dropped into a new domain and figuring it out.
Meticulous about creating software that works 100% of the time.
Ability to sit across from clients and understand their true needs.
