About The Position

The Senior Software Engineer is a full-stack developer who designs, develops, tests, and maintains scalable applications across front-end and back-end systems. The role builds software and systems from initial vision through production in a fast-paced, agile environment. It involves developing high-performance web applications with React and Python in Google and Amazon cloud environments, integrating AI and machine-learning services, and building ETL pipelines for data ingestion and processing. The engineer works with product managers and stakeholders to turn complex requirements into technical solutions, creates accessible user interfaces and APIs, and helps ensure application performance, security, and code quality.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of software development experience, including delivery of full-stack solutions.
• Experience with Python for back-end development and API creation.
• Experience with modern front-end development and writing clean, responsive HTML5 and CSS.
• Experience designing and maintaining ETL pipelines for data-heavy applications.
• Experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments.
• Experience with security best practices for web and cloud applications.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and web architecture.
• Experience using Git version control.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems.

Nice To Haves

• Experience building AI-driven features using Gemini or similar LLMs, including prompt engineering, managing front-end API state, and optimizing production applications for streaming responses and latency.

Responsibilities
