About The Position
Loop AI is dedicated to enhancing the restaurant and hospitality industry by developing AI tools that streamline operational systems, thereby improving customer experiences. Established in 2022, Loop AI has rapidly expanded its reach to over 10,000 restaurant locations and successfully secured a $14m Series A funding round. The company is currently building a US-based engineering team to collaborate with its existing offshore team. This expansion aims to develop new product surfaces to support an growing user base, particularly as Loop AI extends its services from national and regional chains to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). Requirements
- Comfort learning on the job
- Experience with Python
- Experience with React
- Experience with TypeScript
- Experience with SQL (dbt)
- Understanding of AI layer using LLMs for agentic workflows
- Experience with infrastructure including browser-use and computer-use for integration building, event-driven pipelines, and standard cloud services
- Cross-functional relationship management experience
