To support ongoing RDT&E analytic tool and semantic infrastructure development across two critical environments.
An object management service Research & Development effort leveraging RDF/OWL and AI to advance object custody / disposition knowledge capabilities in an object-based intelligence context.
An enterprise=scale repository of certified RDF/OWL ontologies, including a foundational reference ontology and package-managed application ontologies derived through controlled transformation (lossy but non-divergent)

Requirements

• 7 years with a MA/MS or 10 years with a BA/BS in a relevant discipline
• TS/SCI Clearance

• Ontology engineering
• Semantic interoperability
• Programming languages such as Python, Java, SPARQL
• Software proficiency with GitLab, AI/LLM/RAG integration, CI/CD and RDF/OWL
• Integrating tools into existing NGA systems
• Agile/scrum, backlog leadership, ISSO familiarity
• Development of knowledge models or data graphs
