About The Position

Application Programming Developer responsible for GPO Development and Unit Testing responsibilities on various committed projects. This job is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, and solutions are well designed with maintainability/ease of integration and testing built-in from the outset. Job expectations include a strong knowledge of development and testing practices common to the industry and design and architectural patterns. Requirements

  • Strong foundation and exposure in Business Process Management Design and development of JAVA /J2EE applications.
  • Experience working on Mulesoft and Dev Ex Console.
  • Capable of attending Business discussions and workshops and gather requirements.
  • Analyze requirements and transform to technical Flow, aligned with existing project framework and design.
  • Hands-on working experience in Oracle - should be proficient in creating SQL scripts and procedures.
  • Should be able to handle code repositories using Bitbucket.
  • Should be proficient in creating and managing JIRA.
  • Should be a fast-learner, a good team player and coordinate and cooperate with fellow team members.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and delivers complex requirements to accomplish business goals.
  • Ensures software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements.
  • Designs solutions with maintainability/ease of integration and testing built-in from the outset.
  • Codes solutions and unit tests to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.
  • Designs, develops, and modifies architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while ensuring principal architecture integrity is maintained.
  • Mentors other software engineers and coaches the team on Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) practices and automating the tool stack.
  • Executes story refinement, definition of requirements, and estimating work necessary to realize a story through the delivery lifecycle.
  • Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas.
  • Automates manual release activities.
  • Designs, develops, and maintains automated test suites (integration, regression, performance).
  • Creates an inclusive team where members are treated fairly and respectfully.
  • Demonstrates and expects process knowledge, data-driven decisions, simplicity, and continuous improvement.
  • Delivers clear and concise messages that motivate, convey the “why” and connects contributions to business results.
