Requirements

BS Computer Engineering or Computer Science
Minimum of 3 years of work experience with C/C++ and Qt
Minimum of 1 years of related work experience in the field of aircraft avionics
Knowledge of Real Time Operating Systems
Active DoD Secret Security Clearance

Responsibilities

Develop software for aircraft autopilots and associated avionics systems.
Participate in ground and flight testing of the developed systems.

Design, develop, document, test and debug software and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions for aircraft autopilots and associated avionics.
Work with systems engineers, aerospace engineers, electrical engineers, developers and others to develop fully digital autpilot systems.
Develop Graphical User Interfaces (GUI) as part of our simlation and System Integration Lab environments.
Develop software using C/C++ and the Qt framework.
Develop avionics software in a hard real-time environment.
Develop avionics software in accordance with DO-178C.
