Software Engineer

Intelliforce-IT Solutions GroupColumbia, MD
$110,000 - $141,000

About The Position

At Intelliforce, we build software that helps mission teams move faster, automate smarter, and turn data into action. In this role, you will work as a general-purpose Software Engineer and Data Analyst on a fast-moving mission team, designing and integrating solutions for a high-priority operations customer. You will help bring AI and ML technologies into real workflows, build rapid prototypes, and deliver capabilities that support the mission in environments where speed and adaptability matter every day. This role gives you a rare mix of software engineering, data analysis, AI and ML integration, and hands-on mission support. You will work directly with Analysts, Operators, and other engineers to figure out where AI makes sense, prototype solutions quickly, and turn raw data into usable outputs. The work is fast, practical, and visible. It is a strong fit for someone who likes solving messy problems, building useful tools quickly, and working close to the mission instead of far from it. At Intelliforce, your work is visible and your contributions matter. Because we support prime programs, our teams stay close to meaningful mission work with real momentum. Because we are a small business, leadership is accessible, communication is direct, and strong engineering gets noticed. Add in long-term stability, strong benefits, and a people-first culture, and this becomes more than another software role. It is a chance to build AI-enabled solutions that support real operations from day one.
