About The Position
Bracebridge Capital, LLC is seeking a graduate student for a co-op in its Quantitative Research department. The co-op will report to the Manager of the Research Application Development group and gain exposure to all aspects of the software development lifecycle. Bracebridge is an alternative asset manager focused primarily on global fixed income investment strategies. Approximately 170 employees work from the firm’s Boston office.
Requirements
- Top academic credentials while pursuing a master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn.
- Knowledge of web development.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with C# and .NET.
Responsibilities
- Work with senior engineers to design and develop new features on application platforms.
- Determine the root cause of issues arising on application platforms and resolve them.
- Implement unit and integration tests.
