Requirements
- Engineers who do well on Growth are comfortable and thrive in ambiguity
- Ready to make tough decisions with incomplete information
- Don't need to wait until something is perfect to execute and iterate
- Extremely product oriented and they care whether or not their vertical is actually working for their customers
- Ideally they’ve worked across the full stack before
- Excited to work on whatever part needs to be done to push out the best quality product
- Stack: Node/NestJS, TypeScript, MongoDB, Postgres, Redis, AWS (ECS, Terraform)
Responsibilities
- Support and expand our newer verticals
- Figuring out what to reuse from existing infrastructure vs. what needs to be built from scratch for a new market
- Making architectural decisions that are based on good judgement and experimentation
- Work closely with operations and go-to-market partners who are working on the launch to market
- Getting frequent and fast feedback and should be ready to iterate on that quickly
