Requirements
- Engineers who are heavily customer-centric and product-focused.
- Engineers who are genuinely invested in helping real workers to book shifts.
- Comfortable diving deep into systems to solve substantive technical challenges such as credential validation, compliance logic, and document processing at scale.
- Proficient with a TypeScript stack: React on the frontend with Ionic on mobile; backend is Node/NestJS powered by MongoDB and Postgres.
Responsibilities
- Work on the onboarding workflow that takes a new worker from sign-up through profile completion.
- Address documentation requirements for facilities, including state-regulated tuberculosis test results, background checks, and nursing licenses.
- Develop supporting infrastructure to parse, extract, and validate information from worker documents.
- Make changes to the mobile application (using patterns and components from our existing library) as we evolve the worker onboarding experience.
