About The Position

This role is essential for designing, implementing, and deploying scalable software solutions that meet customer requirements and support high availability environments. The role involves collaborating with engineering teams to develop software components using technologies such as virtualization, microservices, software-defined networking, network functions virtualization, and big. This position requires independent development of full software stacks and understanding system protocols, data flows, and technology interactions. Success is measured by the ability to deliver technical solutions, produce clear documentation, and contribute to technology strategy and innovation. The work impacts the organization by enabling advanced software systems that improve operational efficiency and support business goals. This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office) and will be based in Overland Park, KS.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)

2-4 years Technical engineering experience. (Required)
