Software Engineer-Ansible/Python
About The Position
Engineers in this position are expected to: a. Design and implement automation to create and manage various infrastructure components (for example: servers, networks, and dependent platform services) using Infrastructure-as-Code principles b. Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and roles to automate administration, configuration, and deployment tasks. c. Compose, Test, Troubleshoot, and Refine object-oriented Python software applications using SOLID principles and modular, repeatable patterns d. Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for the building and deployment of software e. Troubleshoot complex system errors in a container environment
Requirements
- Ansible/Python
- University / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

- Compose, Test, Troubleshoot, and Refine object-oriented Python software applications using SOLID principles and modular, repeatable patterns
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for the building and deployment of software
- Troubleshoot complex system errors in a container environment
- Develops, tests and implements software solutions.
- Designs software solutions to address business needs.
- Writes code, tests and deploys software.
- Prepares technical and procedural documentation required for software.
- Maintains and debugs software.
