About The Position

North Point Technology is looking to hire a Full Stack Software Engineer to support a mission-critical GEOINT program for an Intelligence Community customer. The qualified candidate must have an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance and will design, develop, and deliver modern, cloud-native software solutions that enable national security missions. The ideal candidate has an excellent understanding of the full software development lifecycle and exceptional coding skills across front-end interfaces, backend services, and secure cloud integrations in support of the mission.

Requirements

Active TS/SCI security clearance
Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript
Web development with HTML, CSS, JSON, AJAX, and REST APIs
Modern front-end and back-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, Spring Boot, Django, or Flask)
Cloud development on AWS or Azure
Relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server)
Linux and Windows operating systems
Version control with Git
CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI or Jenkins)
Agile collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence)
Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes
Secure coding practices and government accreditation processes (RMF, STIGs)
Ability to obtain a polygraph
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities

Designing, developing, testing, and deploying software solutions
Building and maintaining secure, containerized microservices and RESTful APIs with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, React, Node.js, and Spring Boot
Participating in Agile sprints, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Supporting DevSecOps pipelines while meeting security and accreditation standards
Collaborating with mission users and product managers to refine requirements
Performing code reviews and mentoring fellow developers
Resolving prioritized tasks alongside internal teams at North Point Technology
