Software Engineer - IS-Mod
About The Position
Mayo Clinic is seeking a Software Engineer to support the design, implementation, and operational support of ServiceNow integrations with our cloud platforms. This role focuses on Configuration Management Database (CMDB) governance, Common Service Data Model (CSDM), Discovery, and Service Graph Connectors to ensure Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) resources are accurately discovered, modeled, and maintained within ServiceNow. Working closely with Cloud Platform Engineering, ServiceNow Platform Engineering, Information Security, Asset Management, and FinOps teams, this engineer will develop and support cloud integrations, improve CMDB data quality, onboard new cloud resource classes, and enable accurate asset inventory supporting incident, change, vulnerability, and operational processes.
Requirements
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP)
- Experience with CMDB governance
- Experience with CSDM
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery
- Experience with Service Graph Connectors
- Experience with REST APIs
- Experience with scripting
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps delivery practices
