About The Position

As a Full-stack Software Engineer, you’ll be a key part of our agile development team working on educational technology products to boost student success. Requirements

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in front-end, back-end, and relational database programming.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong work ethic, sense of ownership, and a constant willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • United States work authorization and currently live in the United States.
  • Ability to use a Javascript or Typescript frontend framework to design and implement UI components.
  • Ability to build endpoints, handlers, and data accessors using C# in a .NET 10 backend.
  • Comfortable with asynchronous programming, LINQ, and dependency injection patterns.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases including transactions, stored procedures, and mapping EF Core to Postgres schemas.
  • Experience and understanding of Docker, developing in containers, and distributing them.
  • Ability to integrate cloud provided SDKs and ecosystem into code and operations.
  • Knowledge of technical authentication and authorization integrations using JWT and SSO frameworks.
  • Version and change control experience; Git experience required.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, understanding overall project goals and client needs.
  • Experience working on a software engineering team with business stakeholders such as Product Managers, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills that allow you to provide clear feedback during code reviews, and when presenting your own work/ideas.

Nice To Haves

  • Angular 21 experience preferred.
  • Experience with CI/CD in Azure Pipelines.
  • Experience with Google Cloud ecosystem.
  • Experience upgrading and maintaining legacy applications to newer technologies.
  • Working knowledge of WebRTC, SignalR, and other browser streaming technologies.
  • Higher education and/or EdTech experience.
