About The Position

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Software Engineer to join a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, time management, and interpersonal skills. This role requires demonstrated effective communication skills for frequent inter-organizational and outside customer interactions. Experience and/or knowledge supporting frequent travel for integration and test activities is required. Ada/C development, Windows/Red Hat Linux, and hardware/software integration experience is desired. Experience with Gitlab/JIRA, Cloud Deployment Environment, and working in an Agile environment is desired. Human-Machine interface experience is also desired.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Physics or other Engineering/Science related discipline
• Experience with programming software languages such as C and/or C++
• Software development in a Windows/Linux based environment
• Must be a US Citizen.
• This position will require a government security clearance.
• This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
