As part of the 1LMX RMS Software Digital Thread Team, as a Software Engineer Senior you will be working with other engineers, following the technical vision, strategy, and implementation of the 1LMX RMS solution.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a comparable STEM discipline and 5+ years of professional experience.
- GitLab CI/CD experience
- Proficient in scripting with Python
- Experience with REST APIs
- Experience working with containers
- Experience working in AWS
- Practical knowledge foundation in software engineering best practices: Git version control, code reviews, static analysis, and rapid debugging of build or test failures.
- Quick learner capable of collaborating with multi-functional engineering team
- Self-motivated, resourceful and problem-solving aptitude
Nice To Haves
- Software System Integration experience
- Experience with eQube or other middleware solutions
- Experience with Cameo
- Experience working with Genesis Agents
Responsibilities
- Perform software and some systems tasks for Software in Digital Thread product team
- Coordinate and Collaborate with external teams to define use cases
- Integrating new and existing products using REST APIs and middleware such as eQube
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Agile software and systems development in 2-week sprint rhythm
