$115,000 - $130,000Remote

About The Position

Builder Prime is seeking a Software Engineer to join their Operational Excellence (OpEx) team. OpEx is a cross-functional team that blends DevOps practices, automation, and a culture of continuous improvement to deliver high-quality, secure software efficiently. As a member of this team, the engineer will work across nearly every team at Builder Prime to build internal tools and workflows that improve experiences for both internal stakeholders and customers. This role spans CI/CD automation, tier 2 customer support, observability-driven incident resolution, and is increasingly focused on the development of AI-powered tooling. It has the potential to be customer-facing and is perfect for someone who thrives in a highly collaborative, engineering-focused environment. Builder Prime is an AI-first organization and is finding real success using AI both to build these internal tools, as well as using it in the solutions themselves, so curiosity and a desire to work with AI are a big plus. This role is for someone passionate about engineering excellence, loves automating away toil, and wants to make a tangible impact across the entire organization.
