About The Position
The Software Engineer will implement and maintain software infrastructure supporting advanced electrical system modeling and virtual metering applications. The role involves enhancing and adjusting existing systems, as well as contributing to the development and maintenance of additional applications as needed. The position is based in Irvine, California.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio.
- Proficiency in C++.
- Proficiency in C#.

- Experience developing software for electrical systems.
- Strong understanding of linear algebra.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between core electrical system applications and supporting systems.
- Develop and maintain interfaces connecting internal software with web-based applications.
- Build and support REST APIs for cloud-based companion applications.
- Ensure software systems comply with cybersecurity and data protection requirements.
