About The Position

Jobs Experience owns the experience around the lifecycle of job content on Indeed.com - from the onboarding experience that brings new employers into the Indeed ecosystem, to the moment an employer creates or edits a posting, to the systems that manage and surface jobs across the platform. The scope is broad and the stakes are high: the systems we build directly affect whether the right jobs reach the right job seekers, and whether employers trust Indeed as the place to hire. As a Principal Software Engineer, you'll provide technical leadership across multiple teams - defining northstar architecture, guiding engineers through complex technical challenges, and leading the research and investigations that shape our biggest areas of investment.
