About The Position

Requirements

Experience leading a small engineering team that shipped fast.
Ability to write and review production code.
Strong technical judgment, capable of holding up in architecture debates.
Experience building internal tools or operational software where adoption was the primary success metric.
Ability to make priority calls quickly with imperfect information and own the outcome.
Experience hiring engineers, including sourcing, closing, and ramping them.

Responsibilities
