About The Position

Honeycomb Insurance is seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Full-Stack Team Lead to guide and mentor a team of experienced developers. This role involves driving the technical vision, fostering innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of key projects. The Team Lead will play a critical role in shaping the product's foundation while actively coding and providing leadership. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience leading a team of software engineers.
5+ years of recent hands-on coding and software design with Nodejs
Deep knowledge and understanding of databases: SQL/NoSQL/BigQuery, like MongoDB, Elastic etc.

Responsibilities

Recruit, lead, and mentor, a team of full-stack developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Provide hands-on technical leadership while actively contributing to development tasks.
Mentor and advise teams in code review, pair programming and more
Lead the adoption of agentic coding in the team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical and business goals.
Proactively identify and address potential technical challenges and roadblocks
Contribute to products’ vision and subsequent execution.
