About The Position

Dexian Government Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Software Engineer Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong .NET expertise to support the Continuity & Readiness System (CRS) at the Raven Rock Mountain Complex in Blue Ridge Summit, Pennsylvania. The selected candidate will serve as a technical lead responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mission-critical applications that support national continuity operations. This role requires deep expertise in secure software development within classified environments and the ability to operate independently while collaborating with government stakeholders. The position is fully onsite within a SCIF and requires an active Secret clearance.

Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance (required to start).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with significant experience in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
  • Experience working in classified environments and/or SCIF settings.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, system integration, and enterprise application development.
  • Experience with SQL databases and data-driven application development.
  • Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity requirements, RMF, and secure coding practices.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development methodologies.
  • Ability to work onsite full-time at RRMC.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate independently in a mission-critical environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, enhancement, and sustainment of .NET-based applications supporting CRS.
  • Analyze system requirements and translate them into scalable, secure software solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development team members.
  • Maintain and improve system performance, reliability, and security in a classified environment.
  • Integrate applications with existing enterprise systems, databases, and external interfaces.
  • Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Support system deployments, upgrades, and configuration management activities.
  • Collaborate with government stakeholders, program managers, and cross-functional teams to meet mission requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity, RMF, and secure coding standards.
  • Document system architecture, design decisions, and technical processes.
