About The Position

Suger helps B2B software companies sell through cloud marketplaces like AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle, Alibaba, and Snowflake. Marketplace sales are operationally complex, involving pricing, contracting, billing, revenue recognition, and compliance across multiple cloud providers. Suger provides an API-first revenue platform to manage these complexities at scale. Launched in 2022, Suger serves over 250 B2B customers, including large enterprises and startups. As a Series A company backed by prominent investors, Suger is hiring a Senior Software Engineer - Solutions to work at the intersection of product engineering and customer integrations. This is a hands-on technical role focused on designing, building, and launching complex integrations on Suger's platform, while also enhancing internal systems, APIs, and tooling for scalability and reliability. The role will increasingly focus on AI-driven automation and optimization of workflows related to pricing, contracting, billing, and compliance as Suger expands its AI capabilities. This role is ideal for a Software Engineer - Solutions who enjoys tackling ambiguous, high-impact integration and systems problems, is excited by complex distributed systems and enterprise workflows, wants to apply AI-driven automation to production revenue operations, is comfortable working directly with customers to deliver solutions, and can balance technical execution with clear communication.
