About The Position
Booz Allen is seeking a senior full stack developer to architect and deliver end-to-end solutions in a dynamic, agile environment. The role involves guiding technical decisions, building production-ready systems, and elevating development standards across teams. The Senior Software Engineer drives adoption of modern tools, techniques, and architectural patterns; evaluates system needs; proposes improvements; solves complex technical problems; and ensures solutions align with current and future system architecture. The position also includes mentoring developers at all levels and helping clients address challenging technical needs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, and implementing software using agile methods.
- Experience with full stack development across multiple languages, tools, and frameworks.
- Experience applying Agile, extreme programming, software engineering, and product management principles.
- Experience architecting, writing, and reviewing source code for complex applications.
- Experience building integrated back-end and front-end solutions that scale.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems within cross-functional teams.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Nice To Haves
- Experience gathering and translating client requirements and improving workflows through automation and optimization.
- Expertise with multiple languages or frameworks, including Java, Python, C#, C++, .NET, JavaScript, React, NodeJS, PHP, or Drupal.
- Experience implementing automated testing strategies and maintaining test frameworks.
- Secret clearance.
- Master’s degree.
