About The Position

As a full stack developer at Booz Allen, you will develop end-to-end software solutions in a fast, agile environment, taking systems from vision through production readiness. You will lead a team, help team members learn tools and techniques, identify system improvements, and help clients address challenging problems using modern architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You will ensure team solutions account for current architecture and operating environments as well as future functionality and enhancements. U.S. citizenship is required because of the nature of work performed within the facility. The position requires completing a skills assessment and meeting its minimum proficiency threshold to continue in the hiring process. The position’s projected annualized compensation range is $112,800 to $257,000. Compensation depends on factors including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract affordability, and organizational requirements. Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using agile methods.
• Experience using back-end and front-end languages to develop complete solutions.
• Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization.
• Experience designing, developing, and modernizing enterprise applications within complex regulatory ecosystems.
• Experience with modern web application frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Experience building Java or Spring Boot microservices.
• Experience with cloud technologies, including AWS.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• Experience developing in Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments, including multi-team collaboration, backlog refinement, sprint execution, and cross-team alignment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance or a Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
• Bachelor's degree.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
