Enterprise Systems is part of IS&T and owns the technology behind Apple's SAP environment and its modernization through the SAP Landscape Modernization (SLM) initiative. The team manages the continuous operation, maintenance, and evolution of the world's largest single-instance SAP deployment — a platform that sustains Apple's global supply chain and the integrity of its core financial systems. We are searching for a technical, creative and hands-on SAP Basis administrator to join SAP Technology team. Do you wish to be challenged to think creatively? Are you ready to join a team that makes a difference? SAP Technology team within Apple is responsible for managing a large set of SAP systems, some the one of the biggest and busiest in the world. These systems support critical business functions within Apple. This team is technical owner of SAP landscapes. The team is primarily responsible for system scalability, availability, performance, Infrastructure security and Software life cycle management. We are seeking dedicated, enthusiastic and team player to join our team as a SAP Basis Administrator. In this role, you will be required to manage a team and provide optimal solutions for a complex and integrated landscape. You would be required to think broadly and quickly.

Requirements

• 4 years of Basis experience in managing and administering both ABAP and JAVA stacks
• 2 years experience in SAP Cloud Platform services
• 2 years experience in SAP Hana Cloud & Native Hana
• 2 years experience in creating / deploying SAP SDI Replication to the SAP Hana Cloud & SAP Cloud Connector
• 2 years experience in SAP systems running on GCP
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Nice To Haves

• Extensive knowledge of SAP J2EE Server installation, administration and tuning
• Ability to lead complex technical issues across various platforms
• Participated in a minimum of 3-4 implementations of a SAP systems
• Experience in Oracle and SAP HANA Database administration
• Strong skills in troubleshooting and resolving issues in SAP systems running on Oracle and HANA
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical multi-functional teams spread across regions
