The Role As a Software Engineer on the Multi-Agent Systems team, you will design the algorithms and software that coordinate large fleets of robots operating in high-throughput, real-world warehouse environments. Your work will directly influence robot efficiency, safety, and the overall capacity and scalability of our intelligent fulfillment systems. You will architect high-performance distributed robotics software, develop complex multi-robot planning and coordination capabilities, and build algorithm optimization that enables system robustness, reliability, and scale. This role blends advanced algorithm design with real-world production engineering — solving complex systems problems with concrete impact on warehouse throughput and robot performance.
